Matador

Matador has been a staple of Thunder's menu, and is a rotating offering of Central American coffees.

This iteration of Matador is a calm washed Mexico. It is a 3-farm blend from the Veracruz region, with a mixed variety makeup. The three farms contributing to this lot are La Bolsa, La Chiripa and San Alfonso.

In the cup, this one is a classic medium roast Mexico. It is dominated by a darker chocolate but leaves room for some subtle fruits and herbal undertones.
