Mexico Triunfo Verde

After a long hiatus our offering from Mexico is finally back and this one is special. Coming to us from Jaltenango, Chiapas, this coffee was grown in the buffer zone of El Triunfo Biosphere forest reserve. Up in the highlands of the Sierra Madre de Chiapas this crop is shade grown and the farming practices promote bird and animal migration. Another special fact about this coffee is that it is entirely produced by women and is a fair trade product. It is a warm and balanced cup tasting of Fig, Lemongrass, and Cacao; very approachable and perfect for this season. Enjoy!
