After the love both from our customer base and staff surrounding our Mexico Triunfo Verde, the roastery team has decided to add a rotating Central America offering to the menu at Thunder. The current offering comes to us from an entirely new region to our lineup, though, in El Salvador.

Despite being a washed coffee, this lot has gone extended fermentation in order to augment and strengthen parts of its flavor profile. The sweetness of the cup in particular becomes nicely powerful.
