At Thunder Coffee, we want you to love every part of your experience with us. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know! For in-store purchases, we’re happy to remake your drink or provide a refund on the same day. For merchandise, unused items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.

We take pride in offering high-quality, locally sourced coffee beans. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We can offer an exchange or store credit for unopened bags in their original condition.
