Party Animal

We're excited to say that Party Animal is back! This offering is representative of any natural processed coffee we have on our menu. Like all of our coffees, it will rotate seasonally or as supply allows. With supply in mind, this offering will only be available in 12oz boxes.

Today's Party Animal is from the Kanzu station in Rwanda. The Kanzu station is located in the southwestern, Nyamasheke region of Rwanda. It is positioned up in the volcanic highlands, below Nyungwe National Forest. The volcanic soil is rich, the elevation is high, and its proximity to the forest balances the climate and protects biodiversity. The Kanzu station has a network of 535 farmers and is known for its consistency and great agricultural practices. 

The coffee itself is what we expect of a natural processed coffee: fruit-forward, jammy, and very flavorful. Its syrupy body and tart, lasting acidity lends itself to notes of White Tea and Blackberry. As well as a punchy sweetness that reminds us of Golden Grapes.
