Rhinestone Cowboy

Rhinestone Cowboy is back in our lineup and this time here to stay. It will now represent washed, single origin offerings from South America and country of origin will rotate seasonally or as supply allows. 

Tasting notes will vary as coffees come and go but you can expect lots of chocolate, dried fruits, and florals in the cup. It's solid daily drinker and a great single origin espresso.

Today's Rhinestone Cowboy comes to us from Cajamarca, a region in the tropical highlands of Peru. 

This coffee is marked by its smooth, buttery, body and flavorful acidity. It's layered complexities are synonymous with this Peruvian region and it's a real treat to have! We are currently tasting Lime Zest, Dark Chocolate, and various Florals.
