Moonlightin' Decaf

Returning to our offering list is our Moonlightin’ Decaf. We are currently featuring a wonderful EA decaf by the same producers of the Colombia used in Old Friend, the ACC Association of Cauca, Colombia. This collective of about 70 farmers pools resources and promotes peace in the region while employing rigorous processes with regards to coffee grading before their offerings are sent out. The lot sourced for this coffee is named "Atunkaa", translating to "Sleepy" in the Wayuunaiki language native to Northern Colombia.

Our sourcing partners at Siruma and Falcon make sure lots are consistently purchased from these small producers for decaf, creating a very consistent, clean, and remarkable offering harvest after harvest.

This coffee is a standout in terms of decaf. When we first tasted it , we could hardly believe it wasn’t just a normal (but great) medium-roast Colombia. Tasting notes include apple, fudge and clove.
