Moonlightin' Decaf

Returning to our offering list is our Moonlightin’ Decaf. We are currently featuring a wonderful EA decaf that comes from small farmers in Antioquia, Colombia. The lot sourced for this coffee is named "Atunkaa", translating to "Sleepy" in the Wayuunaiki language native to Northern Colombia.

Our sourcing partners at Siruma and Falcon make sure lots are consistently purchased from these small producers for decaf, creating a very consistent, clean, and remarkable offering harvest after harvest.

This coffee is a standout in terms of decaf. When we first tasted it , we could hardly believe it wasn’t just a normal (but great) medium-roast Colombia. Tasting notes include cherry, fudge and cinnamon.
