The classic Encore is a mainstay for a reason.  This grinder can handle everything from fine espresso to course batches for cold brew. The M2 burr is an upgrade from the older-model Encore, and this one has a quick-release burr for easier cleaning and maintenance. The dual-range adjustment assembly allows for dialing in espresso as well as larger grind sizes for a variety of brew styles.
