All Fringe, No Frill

All Fringe, No Frill is back! The offerings in this line consist of washed coffees from Africa, showcasing delicate florals, bright citrus and ripe fruits. They are layered, clear coffees with a generally lighter roast.

This time around, we have a wonderful washed Ethiopia from various smallholders contributing to the Nano Genji washing station. High elevation and rainfall are paired with meticulous processing, as cherries are soaked overnight in fiberglass containers. This allows for the later washing to leave the green coffee incredibly clean off mucilage.

In the cup, this one is everything we love about a washed Ethiopia. Big, clean lemon with red fruits and a nice, tanic body. It's bright and ready to help you start your day.
